Specific item reporting is available in Verbal, Multimedia and Written formats.

In the Verbal format, our inspectors walks around with the client and explains and discusses verbally the items which are of concern.

In the Multi-Media format, our inspectors takes digital photos of the items of concern and via our lap top we give a digital presentation on site or over the Internet. The inspector explains and discusses with the client the items covered.

In the Written format, our inspectors takes digital photos and reports in writing to the client. Explanations are given under the photos in the narration box and the report is emailed and or sent by post.

A copy of the photos on CD-ROM are available from our office the following day on request, after that the photos are discarded.

Alternatively a digital print-out or an e-mail of the photos (e-mail is free) can be requested. An additional fee of $35.00 + gst is charged for print out or for a copy on CD-ROM.

A Specific Structural Item report is performed either by a registered Builder or practicing Structural/Civil Engineer who certifies whether an existing structure has been constructed in accordance with the relevant building standards. A typical example would be an illegally erected pergola. Call our office for pricing.
